Wellness bingo is an engaging, interactive game for students, faculty and staff that promotes healthy habits across physical, mental, and social dimensions. Players complete daily self-care tasks like drinking water or attending a campus workshop to mark off squares and are entered into a raffle to win prizes.
How It Works
- Players get a bingo card with wellness tasks in each grid space.
- Students, faculty and staff complete activities during the month
- Participants track habits and aim to complete a row, column, or full blackout.
- Completed rows, columns and cards are submitted for a chance to win prizes.
